The Challenge
Advance Research Chemicals was experiencing a shortage of available storage space, inhibiting their ability to expand their product line. A unique challenge was the limited square footage on site that could be allotted for a new storage facility.
The Solution
We Build Tulsa recommended maximizing the limited square footage of the allotted space with a taller storage facility.
The Outcome
We Build Tulsa was hired for a complete Design-Build of a 37,500 square-foot warehouse. The team combined Design-Build services (handling every aspect of the build, from planning and architectural design to managing the construction of the facility) with Value Engineering to keep the project under budget and on schedule. The warehouse was designed and built with 36 feet of clean height to maximize storage. Robinson Construction self-performed 75% of all trade work on the project — managing the subcontracting of the needed electrical, plumbing, and HVAC installation work.
